| The joy of pregnancy, childbirth and breast feeding can have some undesirable consequences on the breast, resulting in sagging or droop. Weight loss can also overwhelm the ability of the skin to "snap back" the way we want. The drooping which remains can be helped with a breast lift, or mastopexy. If the breast is small, an implant can also be placed to fill the breast.
There are a number of ways to lift the breast, depending on your desires, how much sagging there is, and whether or not an implant is desired. All these need to be discussed with our surgeon.
